1. Our prices are final prices – taxes are already included.
2. We don’t accept credit cards.
3. If the person who books a vacation with us is not identical with the person who actually spends the week with us he or she is nevertheless responsible for full payment and other obligations associated with the booking.
4. If unforeseen events force us to change or cancel certain undertakings, listed on the itinerary you are not entitled for a refund. We are not liable for any damages on objects and people and are not liable for any accidents.
5. Children 16 years and older are welcome without guardians. However, we do not take on any liability and require the permission of parents or guardians.
6. We keep the right to change to itinerary in your interest.
7. The deposit of 100,- EURO per person must be received within 10 days after your booking have been confirmed by us.

• If you wish to cancel your bookings after you received the confirmation from us, the following regulations will apply:
• If you cancel your bookings up to 60 days prior to your planned arrival, we will charge your 100 EURO per person (deposit) as a processing fee.
• If you cancel your bookings between 59 and 30 days before your planned arrival we must charge you of 45% of the total cost.
• If you cancel your bookings between 29 and 10 days before your planned arrival we must charge you 85% of the total cost.
• If you cancel your bookings later, do simply not arrive or depart early we must charge you the total cost.

The cost of 1.275,- EURO does include:

1. Transportation from Reykjavík to Brimilsvellir and back.
2. 8 days/7 nights in single or double rooms on the farm. Bathrooms and showers are separate.
3. Breakfast, lunch and diner. First meal: diner on your day of arrival , last meal: breakfast on your day of departure . If we are gone all day you will receive a packed lunch or we will stop for a picnic.
4. 2-3 well trained Iceland horses including saddles and bridles per person.
5. 5-6 days in the saddle of your horses.
6. Guided tours and rides to fascinating natural monuments of Snæfellsnes (per day we will spend 3-5 h in the saddle).
7. Day trips via car around the famous glacier Snæfellsjökull or to other attractions on the Snæfellsnes peninsula.

Cost does not include:

• Trip to Iceland and transportation (shuttle bus) from Keflavík Airport to Reykjavík and back.
• Insurances

Discounts :

Groups of 8 receive a 2,5 % discount per person if bookings are done by one person only. Discounts for families, children and for people who do not wish to participate in horseback riding tours upon request.

We recommend strongly that you obtain accident insurance as well as health insurance that covers you abroad!
