	GKO'S SERIOUS LEFT ARM INJURY!

On Friday the 13th of October, 2006, GKO suffered a serious injury to his upper left arm, during rehersal, rendering him totally handicapped for months to come. Due to his infinite optimism, he has no accident insurance policy, and due to his total independence, he has no wages or benefits for months to come.

He was hospitalized and went through a major surgery, where a Titanium rod was threaded along the bone center, almost totally replacing his important bonemarrow, and Titanium bolts were screewed through his bone into the Titanium rod. Subsequently, he has had to cancel all his Gigs and Studio sessions, as well as most of his Scientific work, including lecturing, reading and writing - due to intensive pain and sleepless nights.

To support his family, and also to carry out his financial duties against his creditors, GKO is requesting free donations from his supporters and fans, by accepting Money Transfers, into his special Bank Account, exclusively registered for this purpose. This Bank Account will be terminated, as soon as GKO gains his health, as well as his former strength regarding his Musical and Scientific duties, hopefully in a feew months.

GKO extends his gratitude towards his Surgeon, Dr. Brynjolfur Jonsson, who luckily was on duty on the 14th of October, as he is one of the two Doctors in Europe, that could have performed this Operation - thank God for that. See the X-ray images here below:
