We recommend the Golden Circle Tour as one of the tours, where we drive through Nesjavellir Geothermal Station by Lake Þingvallavatn, which provides about 30% of all hot water needed to heat Reykjavík and electrical power for the city. From there we go to Þingvellir, where the Icelandic Parliament, Alþingi was founded in 930. Alþingi is the oldest parliament in the world, and there is where America and Europe continents are slowly drifting apart.
