Next week I will start a new job. I´ll be working for the next year, or longer, as a teacher in Bruarskoli. This school receives kids from other schools for a few weeks at a time and rehabilitates them, so to speak. These kids are not handicapped or different from the norm physically, they are simply out of balance emotionally or socially and need a time off for a while. My job will be to encourage the disheartened, refocus those who have lost their way and get into the basics of the subjects they have to master. I eagerly await the semester to start, which will be August the 16th. My old job (the protected home) will still be there, in the evening, to start with.
